DescriptionMinistry of Economy has created a new Unit- the Directorate for Investment, Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and Management of EU Funds, which has five different departnments, and thus created a “one-stop-shop” for entrepreneurs, potential and existing ones. By forming it, our ministry has strongly committed to perform all activities more efficiently, more promptly and client oriented to make the life of entrepreneurs easier.
At the moment, we have created and been operating ten different national programs, from which entrepreneurs can get direct financial or non-financial support – related to enhancement of innovation, standardisation, cluster development, mentoring services, etc.
In addition, we are running IPA national projects and 9 EU funded projects, through different international cooperation programs, such as COSME, Horizon 2020, Danube transnational program, Mediterranean cooperation program, Interreg IPA Adrion, and Interreg IPA trilateral programs Italy– Albania - Montenegro.
